Refund Policy

At Oriental Spa of Hollywood, we want every client to feel cared for.

• Services: Refunds are not available once a service has been provided.

• Prepaid Appointments: Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

• Packages/Promotions: Prepaid packages and promotional offers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with approval.
